 Waterfront Commercial Lighting & Power:

The Winery | Newport Beach, CA  |
Boyer Electric

The Objective:
Provide the comprehensive commercial electrical infrastructure for The Winery Restaurant & Bar, a premier upscale waterfront dining destination in Newport Beach, CA. The project demanded an electrical backbone that could support a sophisticated atmosphere and high-volume operations simultaneously.

The Challenge:
Waterfront environments in Newport Beach are subject to severe corrosive influences. The Winery required a system that met these rigorous harbor development regulations while powering a complex commercial kitchen and custom lighting design.

Our Expert Solutions:

  • Atmospheric Lighting Control: Expert installation of architectural lighting to enhance the sophisticated ambiance and harbor views.

  • Code-Compliant Industrial Power: Ensured all wiring and distribution panels met the Newport Beach Electrical Code (2022 California Electrical Code).

  • Commercial Kitchen Power: Specialized power distribution for high-capacity refrigeration and cooking equipment to handle peak dining hours.

  • Corrosive Environment Mitigation: Strategic use of materials and fittings designed to withstand the harsh coastal air of the Newport Harbor.
